Mrs. Oluwayemisi Arowolo holds a Bachelor of Law degree and was called to the Nigerian Bar.

She started her legal career with the law firm of Wale Omotosho & Co. as a Counsel in Chambers, and thereafter joined Intercontinental Bank Plc where she acquired banking skills by virtue of working in different departments of the Bank, such as the Product Development and Management Unit, Private Banking & Wealth Management, and the Legal Department.

Oluwayemisi thereafter joined Access Bank Plc, where she worked as a Corporate Counsel and Credit Documentation Officer.

Prior to her present role, she was the Team Lead, Corporate Trust Service at FCMB Trustees Limited. She was part of the team responsible for the digital transformation of FCMB Trustees Ltd, which enables the Clients access to digitalized estate planning tools. Thereafter, she joined PAC Trustees Limited, as the Senior Vice President, Trust Services. where she led the team that handles Loan Syndication, Debenture and Bonds, Unit Trust Schemes services, amongst others.

Yemisi presently heads the Trust Services at FCMB Trustees Limited.  She provides business development and relationship management leadership to the team in Corporate trust, Private trust and Public trust.

She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
