In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (subbhanahu wa ta’ála) meaning "the Owner, Master, Ruler, Controller, Sustainer, Provider, Guardian and Caretaker of the entire universe" ordained in the Holy Quran that:
The task of writing planning one's estate has become a duty to the pious and justified by the Holy Prophet Mohammed (may the peace and blessings of Almighty Allah shower on him) to have said:
"It is prescribed for you when death approaches any of you, if he leaves wealth that he makes a bequest to parents and next of kin, according to reasonable manners (this is) a duty upon the pious ones." Quran 2: 180...
Against this background, the Almighty Allah encourages a true believer to ensure he makes his intentions known about his estate after his demise.
The Almighty Allah goes further in the Holy Quran to say that:
"Then whoever changes the bequest after hearing it, the sin shall be on those who make the change. Truly, Allah is All- Hearer, All- Knower." Quran 2: 181
