Collective Investment Schemes/ Mutual Funds
Collective Investment Schemes such as Mutual Funds and Real Estate Investment Trusts, require Trustees to undertake detailed supervisory functions to ensure that the Scheme is managed by the relevant parties, such as the Fund Manager, Custodian, Registrar and Auditor, in accordance with the Scheme’s Trust Deed.
As Scheme Trustees, FCMB Trustees will ensure that it adequately protects the unit-holders’ interests, as well as, assets under its control.
